UFC 164 salaries: Frank Mir, Josh Barnett, Benson Henderson lead payroll

Heavyweight veterans Frank Mir and Josh Barnett topped the disclosed payroll for August's UFC 164 event in Milwaukee, WI, pocketing $200,000 and $160,000 respectively for their co-main event clash, according to figures released to MMAFighting.com by the Wisconsin Department Of Safety & Professional Services.

In the night's main event, former UFC lightweight champion Benson Henderson earned $110,000 in a losing effort, while Anthony Pettis took home a reported $54,000 paycheck for his title-winning first-round armbar victory.

Main card fighters Ben Rothwell ($108,000), Brandon Vera ($70,000), and Chad Mendes ($62,000) also pocketed notable purses, while 20-fight UFC veteran Gleison Tibau ($74,000) led the way on the night's undercard.

UFC 164 took place August 31, 2013 at the BMO Harris Bradley Center in Milwaukee, WI. The entire UFC 164 payroll can be seen below, although these figures do not represent a fighter's total earnings, as sponsorship money and discretionary post-fight bonuses are not publicly disclosed.

Additionally, Pettis, Mendes, Pascal Krauss and Hyun Gyu Lim earned $50,000 post-fight bonuses for their work.
